  The Watershed Alliance of York is accepting bids for the implementation of a streambank restoration project in Codorus and Shrewsbury Townships in York County.  The full bid package and supporting information can be downloaded by visiting the WAY website, or by clicking on the documents below.

Important site meeting

​Contractors interested in bidding on the project must visit the project site for a required pre-bid examination of the area to become fully informed as to all existing conditions and limitations including access and availability of materials. The mandatory site showing at the proposed location of the project being bid will be at 9 AM on Thursday, September 10th, 2026. The site location is: 3137 Sticks Rd, Glen Rock, PA 1732. There is a barn that contractors can park at located at approximately 3137 Bortner Rd, Glen Rock, PA 17327.

The bid proposal must be received at the office of the Watershed Alliance of York (28 East Market Street, York, PA, 17401) before 2:00 P.M, Thursday, October 8th, 2026. 

The bid opening will take place at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 8th, 2026, at 28 East Market Street, York, PA 17401 (3rdfloor, Planning Commission office).
