WAY Invitation to bid

Please read all the information below! The Watershed Alliance of York is accepting bids for the implementation of a stream restoration project in the Borough of Abbottstown and Paradise Township, Adams and York County. The bid documents can be downloaded by clicking on the titles below:

Prevailing Wage Rate Information – This project will be over $25,000 and will require prevailing wages. Wage Determination from PA Department of Labor & Industry. See here for project specific wage rates.

Important site meeting

Contractors interested in bidding on the project must visit the project site for a required pre-bid examination of the area to become fully informed as to all existing conditions and limitations including access and availability of materials.
The mandatory site showing at the proposed location of the project being bid will be at 9 AM on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026. The site location is:
200 Water St, Abbottstown, PA 17301

Emailed or written questions must be received by the Contracting Officer’s Representative no later than 3:00pm on Friday, April 24th, 2026.

Bid Submittal & Opening

The bid proposal must be received at the office of the Watershed Alliance of York (28 East Market Street, York, PA, 17401) before 11:00 A.M, Wednesday, April 29th, 2026.

The bid opening will take place at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 29th, 2026, at 28 East Market Street, York, PA 17401 (3rd floor, Planning Commission office).
